Favorite Stuffing Recipe

  - 1 c butter
 
  - 2 c chopped onion
 
  - 2 c chopped celery
 
  - 1/4 c chopped parsley
 
  - 12 c dry bread cubes
 
  - 1 t poultry seasoning
 
  - 1.5 t dired sage
 
  - 1 t dried thyme
 
  - 1/2 t dried marjoram
 
  - 1.5 t salt
 
  - 1/2 t pepper
 
  - 4.5 c chicken broth (or as needed)
 
  - 2 eggs, beaten
   
  
  
  - Melt butter in skillet. Cook onion, celery, and parsley.
 
  - Spoon veggies over bread cubes in large bowl; add seasoning.
 
  - Pour enough broth to moisten; mix in eggs.
 
  - Either cook in slow cooker (high 45 mins, then low 4 to 8 hrs) or in 9x13
at 350F 45 mins to an hour.
