Smoked Salmon Canapes


  1. Finely dice red onion and chives
  2. Bash capers flat with a knife and run them through once or twice with the knife to very roughly chop them
  3. Incorporate the red onion, capers and chives into the cream cheese
  4. Slice the French bread at a slight diagonal
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture onto the top of each piece and place a small piece of salmon, rolled, on top
  6. Garnish with dill, chives, and/or creme fraiche
