Shepherds Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Boil potatoes 15 minutes, mash, mix with cheddar and green onion, season.
  3. Saute onions, garlic, and carrots in oil, add beef. Pour off fat then add gravy, water, ketchup, worchestershire, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add steamed peas last.
  4. Spread in casserole and top with potatoes and cheese. Can also consider topping with bacon bits, paprika, or crushed potato chips
  5. Bake for 20 minutes
