- 1.75 c white sugar
- 8 c water
- 1.5 c lemon juice (about 12 lemons)
- Sachet of lavender (optional)
- Juice lemons. Depending on the size you may get more like 2-3 cups of juice, which is OK!
- Add water (basically fill near to top of 1/2 gallon jug). Add sugar, but be sure to taste.
- Add lavender sachet, but note that you'll need to drink it quickly if so (the sachet will grow mold eventually).
