Deviled Eggs


  1. Boil 7 eggs - place in water in pot covered by 1 inch of water, heat to a rolling boil, then cover and set aside for 13 minutes
  2. Slice peeled eggs in half lengthwise, separate yolks and mix with relish, vinegar, mustard and mayo. Place back into egg white halves and then garnish generously with paprika. Best served chilled.
