Rachaels Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Dissolve baking soda into the water
  2. Cream ingredients together, liquids first then dry gradually, flour bit by bit
  3. Chill for 1-2 hours
  4. Preheat oven to 350 F
  5. Spoon out 1-2inch spheres onto parchment paper
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until just starting to appear golden
