Teriyaki Chicken Thighs


  1. Prepare teriyaki sauce, per Teriyaki TriTip Recipe
  2. Preheat oven to 425F
  3. Place chicken in lightly greased/tin foil covered 9x13 baking dish
  4. Brush chicken with the sauce, turn pieces over and brush again
  5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turn over and bake for another 30 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear - brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking
