Fried Calamari


  1. Defrost squid, clean, cut into rings (one Sea Queen? box makes two batches)
  2. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375F
  3. Put a handfull of squid at a time in the milk, then into the flour/salt/pepper.
  4. Fry for 7 mins
  5. Drain on paper towles in bowl; shake salt and squeeze lemon over. Serve with cocktail sauce (mix of ketchup, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and salt).
