- 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T honey
- 2 T mirin
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 t pepper
- 2 t sesame seeds
- 2 T pureed asian pear
- 1 T sliced green onions
- Place beef in freezer for 30 minutes to stiffen for easier think cutting.
- Mix marinade ingredients together (except green onions). Mix beef into sauce, working them together with your hands. You may add thinly sliced onion as well if desired.
- Marinate in fridge for 30 mins to 24 hrs. Heat up large pan or wok very hot and stir fry meat in small batches until brown on both sides.
- Serve with banchan (Korean sides), like potato salad, gochujang green beans, kimchee, spicy pickles (oi muchim).
