Beef Bulgogi

  1. Place beef in freezer for 30 minutes to stiffen for easier think cutting.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients together (except green onions). Mix beef into sauce, working them together with your hands. You may add thinly sliced onion as well if desired.
  3. Marinate in fridge for 30 mins to 24 hrs. Heat up large pan or wok very hot and stir fry meat in small batches until brown on both sides.
  4. Serve with banchan (Korean sides), like potato salad, gochujang green beans, kimchee, spicy pickles (oi muchim).
